Compact Encoder Handles Up To 300N Axial/Radial Load

The new AX65 absolute encoder offers the most compact design in its class without sacrificing performance or toughness. The AX65 can survive extreme shock and vibration up to 200G shock and 30G vibration. An axial and radial load rating of 300N means no additional load module is required for high load applications.

The AX65 offers the most compact design in its class for an explosion proof absolute encoder with mounting depth 30~45% less than competitor models. With an axial and radial load up to 300N, the AX65 does not require a load module for many applications further reducing overall size and improving shock and vibration performance.

Easy To Design In And Install In The Field

The AX65's terminal box can be removed with only 2 screws (compared to 6 for many competitors) and cage clamp terminal design allows for fast connection of cable leads. Choice of terminal box orientation and cable routing allows design flexibility while allowing easy operator access and reducing the need for a larger, more expensive framework.
