Repair Service and Returns RMA Request

For select Dynapar and NorthStar encoder products, some repairs may be performed by the customer. Refer to your maintenance and repair kit and available instructions for assistance. More complicated repairs, however, must be performed directly at our encoder manufacturing facility.

To initiate a Returned Material Authorization (RMA), simply fill out our RMA Request Form and you will be provided with a complete RMA # and shipping instructions typically within 24 hours of submitting your form.

Please ensure that the unit is packed with sufficient protection, idealy the original packing material used when the unit was first received. In particular, small shafted units are very susceptible to damage if not packed correctly.

Please note, Dynapar's Gurnee repair facility will have limited staff available between June 28th - July 16th and will be fully closed in observance of the Independence Day Holiday (July 4th and July 5th).
