An RMA is required if you wish to ship any material to our facilities. This includes, but is not limited to, these situations: Warranty Repair/Replacement or Return for Credit. Submit the form below to receive your RMA reference number and shipping instructions.
Please ensure that the unit is packed with sufficient protection, ideally the original packing material used when the unit was first received. In particular, small shafted units are very susceptible to damage if not packed correctly.
Any items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted and returned to sender.
